We have developed Helpdesk ticket system in SharePoint 2013.
We have list which consist of 10 to 12 diffrent coulmns and couple of content types.
Now my client want , ticket/List item should gets created through Email. How can I create ticket through sending Email?
I know how to upload attachment through Email. But I want to create ticket through Email, and this has to be done through OOTB/Designer only.
Help is highly appriciated.
