I have been asked to create a new SharePoint site for the operations team at a school I work for. I have some basic SharePoint 2010 knowledge but would really appreciate some help in how to structure the sites.
We have been asked to create the below structure. Is best practice to have each of these created as its own site, which would then have its own pages?
Home Page\Operations-Top level
IT-Sub site
Maintenance-Sub site
Finance-Sub site
HR-Sub site
Admin- Sub site
Any advice appreciated with this.
