Building interactive menus in SharePoint

Hi all,

I have seen few of the SharePoint site still now and have a question reg the content I see in them. In many of sites I visited there are very user interactive graphics and when I right click on that to see the page source, its showing as Flash player settings and a typical Flash player menu. Is it that Flash web part has been integrated into the SharePoint site or How is this happening. I am curious about this. Here i am trying to provide a screenshot of my screen. Can some one educate me upon whats actually happening?
