Get a file link to web part

Hi,

I want to develop a web part in task list, one section of the web part is uploading the files into the document library. as shown below, I have uploaded the file, and the file save in temporary file path, once I submitted the file it will be saved in the document library.

now, with the saved file in the document library I want to call the file link in the document library automatically, and present it in another textbox with the correct file path. how to go about creating this command.
