Hi - this may be an odd question so bear with me. I'm working with a small interpreting agency that has a pool of over 200 sign language interpreters. The SharePoint service only allows 30 user accounts, so I cannot set up 200 user accounts for this SP service.
I guess the work-around is to set up a portal@mysite.com user name and password and then give it out to all 200 interpreters but then if one quits and I change the login password, I'll then have to let all 199 other interpreters know of the password change.
The portal I'm developing is just to share financial documents like 1099 form for download and general information for the interpreters. So I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to set this login situation up for the 200 interpreters?
