Hello, we are on SharePoint 2010 On Premise and trying to integrate certain Yammer features into our intranet. We'd success with SSO and Yammer Apps webpart. What I am trying to do is use Open Graph and embed OG meta objects into SharePoint pages so that the page Title, URL, and Image is displayed within the Yammer Webpart when adding an internal, SharePoint URL. Is this possible or does Open Graph only work when the site is hosted externally? If Open Graph is only for External sites, would Yammer Embed or any other Yammer API/REST/JSON call work within the scenario mentioned in this post? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
