Mail enabled libraries SharePoint 2010 for incoming emails configuration issues

Hi Everyone,

I am facing an issue while configuring SharePoint 2010 to accept incoming emails but nothing works for me; all incoming emails fails immediately. I was following the link :

I have configured each and every step as given in this article unlikely i have a different setup for my SharePoint server. SharePoint Server ison premises but my exchange server is online this might be the reason which results in failure. No blog is available to assist me regarding this issue. Is there is any way to cop with this situation any available useful link ??
