Generate Word Document for visual webpart form

Hi,

I have created a form using visual webpart which is having multiple textboxes for user entry and deployed into sharepoint site.Now the requirement is once the user click a submit button the entire form should be opened in a word document with the filled data.

Can anyone please help me to acheive this by using visual studio?
