We have an issue with SharePoint organization Chart web part in My Site. Please find below the details. <o:p></o:p>
Issue:Org Chart showing only the current user, not showing their managers<o:p></o:p>
Environment: SharePoint 2010 SP1 <o:p></o:p>
Analysis: We are using some custom timer job to update the profile including manager field. We found profiles are updated correctly in profiles including Manager name. But found when we go to Edit My Profile in My site ,Manager field shows blank. We understood because of this Org chart not showing managers.<o:p></o:p>
Further analysis, we found when we update any of the profile field for any of the employee manually by going to Profile from central Administration.Org chart for that particular employee working fine. We found Edit My Profile also shows the manager name for that employee. <o:p></o:p>
Any of you have experience similar issue in SharePoint 2010.<o:p></o:p>
Could you please provide any suggestions to resolve the same. <o:p></o:p>
Please Note:All timer jobs related to Profile are running correctly. Only for sync we using Custom timer Job<o:p></o:p>
