How to FTP or Web Service Access to an Excel Document in a List and copy it to a Server?

HI All,

I need some guidance with this solution.

Here is the scenario:

1. We have an Excel document residing on a SharePoint 365 document list.

2. We want to systemically copy the file from the SharePoint server to an Internal server so the data can be extracted nightly.  When I say systemically, I mean either through FTP or calling a web Service to save the file to a Share Directory on an internal server where we can process the file using Informatica.

3. The users do NOT want to create a form or custom list for the data in the spreadsheet.

What do I need to use to perform the above process?
