SharePoint web application at default :80 port in SharePoint farm

Hello there,

We have a SharePoint 2010 server (say Server 1). We created a SharePoint web application in default port :80

Later we added one more server (say Server 2) to the farm. Ideally I should be able to access the SharePoint as below,

url 1 - http://server1:80/sites/mysite

url 2 - http://server2:80/sites/mysite

But I am not able to access the url 2. 

Please help whether I am missing any settings.
