how do we make use of another ASP.net website classes and class library in SharePoint 2010

Dear all,

I have SharePoint 2010 enterprise website with me. Also secondly I have a website project - developed in a separate c# asp.net application. My question is - how do we call the classes and class library from my SharePoint 2010 coding.

Can somebody clarify this.
