Insert sreenshot to editor and upload to library

Hi there,

I just want to know is possible to capture a screenshot by other apps and insert to sharepoint content editor, then upload to specific library automatically after click Submit button.

The scenario is user will create a Item and take a screenshot, like use PrtSc button to capture a full screen, but save the screenshot in clipboard, use Ctrl+V to paste it to Editor, and once they click Save/Ok button, the screenshot will be uploading to Library automatically.

I am new to SharePoint Dev so I'd like to know if possible to do that.
