How can I include a new button control (SUBMIT) in list form next to SAVE and CANCEL

Hi,

I would like to include a new button in new list form for my custom list. Just like the defaultSave and Cancel I would like to include Submit button. Can this be achieved using VS 2010?

The save button should save the item in the list as usual, but when clicked on Submit ..the actual workflow flow should trigger.

Pls suggest how this can be achieved.
