People Picker is not working on computers that have IE 11 installed. (And it may also affect users with IE 10)

We have web application. And we are using SharePoint Foundation 2010.

While giving access to users we are facing problem with People picker. People picker is working fine upto IE 9 well. In IE 10 we are facing problem in some of the desktops. In IE 11 not at all working for all the systems.

Attached error we are getting while giving access to user.

If I turn on Compatibility View for SharePoint site URL in browser. It will work for that desktop well.

it's difficult to tern onCompatibility View in all users desktop browsers. Kindly give me solution to fix the issue
