custom left navigation is Not working in google chrome when Attach the masterpage

Hi,

I have created a custom Left navigation and added to the page, and when i tried to prview in browser it is working in IE,Firefox but not supporting in Google chrome when the master page is added but when i remove the masterpage, it is working fine in Chrome also.Please help me if anyone is aware of these.
