Hi everyone!,
I am trying to use an event receiver on a custom list (company contact list) to modify group permissions. Example: A new employee has checked in and I have added her to the company contact list. She will be working in HR. On the column called "Department", I select the drop down choice of HR. I want the event receiver to recognize "HR" and put this user in the permission group called "HR". Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
