How-to modify the action of the Email link button?

Hi

I need to modify the "E-mail a Link"-button, with the following customization:

1) The orginal link to the document should still appear in Outlook on line 1

2) A custom text should appear on line 2

3) A new link that start with mib://<document> instead of http://<document> 

E.g.

When I click the modified "E-mail a Link" button, Outlook opens with the following info:

http://Sharepoint/Document/testDocument.docx

Please use the above link on your PC and the below on your mobile phone

mib://Sharepoint/Document/testDocument.docx

"

Anyone knows how I may achive this?
