how to premoved the provider name in FBA site and dispany custom display name using Timer job in sharepoint user profile

HI,

I have an FBA site When Ever User login into Sharepoint Site Need to change His Display Name with. i am using  user name as user email id after login to sahrepoint site i am getting #:0|Parvider|ssss@yahoo.com. i need to remove this name with existing user profile like user first name last name  can any one tell how can i do this one . as of my knowledge need to Run some custom  timer jog to update the  Account name  can any one tell how that  timer job can develop
