Create a video launch site with Java Script

Hi

I found that very difficult to create a 4x4 web parts in my Sharepoint 2010 Foundation to host the embedded video, I am thinking another solution such as host a internal website then using JavaScript to create a site to show the embedded video 4x4.  In this case, I can create a link or a webpart to map to that site.

Is it possible to do it?  So what would be the JavaScript looks like.
