Central Administration display problem

Hi,

I am very new new to SharePoint. After installing and working with Sharepoint 2013 for a couple of days, I got the display shown below and can't figure out what the problem is:

Comparing the source code with a working SharePoint 2013 installation, the code look thesame.

I have tried calling the page from different browsers and through different workstations but the problem still remains.

Reinstalling SharePoint 2013 completely also has not solved the problem.

Has anyone had this before?

Can anyone help me on what to do?
