How to get the list items by passing mutliple filter values ?

Hi,

I have a requirement to get the list items by passing the multiple  filter values,

I have a column "Document ID" in list and I have to multiple document IDs(can be any number) at a time and get the corresponding items from the list.

Can anyone please help me in resolving this.
