Help - SharePoint 2010 Inline Editing Customization for Save Button Pop up box

Hello,

I need help with customizing inline editing on my SharePoint page. I am trying to add a customization to my SharePoint 2010 page and need to know how it would be possible. I have inline editing enabled on my page, and I am looking at a list. When I scroll over the left side I see the edit button come up. When I click the edit button it allows me to Save or cancel.

I need to add a pop up box that shows up immediately after the user clicks the Save button to alert them. How is this possible???
