Ms Outlook integration to Sharepoint 2010 (New Email, Task, Calender)

Hi All

I want some code in sharepoint site where the system needs to checks the count new Unread email, Calender events counts, Count of Task in webpart. Is it possible? Can some one share me the code plz.
